Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore is an amazing Hollywood author and actress who's talents have brought her critical acclaim and recognition. She's a Sagittarius born on December 3 1960 in North Carolina. She's the oldest of three children, and was the daughter of Peter Moore Smith who was an Army paratrooper. The mother of her child Anne works as a psychotherapist. She's of Scottish-English descent. Moore had a difficult time due to the fact that her family was always relocated due to their dad's work.
